Ag Credit Cultivate Program is designed to help cultivate tomorrow's leaders. This program is designed to assist young, beginning, or small farmers in learning different ways to take their operations to the next level. The meetings will increase attendees' knowledge of ag financing, marketing, production, and more while networking with peers from across Ag Credits 17-county territory.

Applications are now being accepted and will be reviewed in September. The first meeting will be October 20, 2026. Meetings will be 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

October 20, 2026 - Welcoming, Real Colors, and Farmer Panel

October 27, 2026 - Farm Tour

November 3, 2026 - Finance and Marketing Night

November 10, 2026 - Farm Tour

November 17, 2026 - Balance Sheet, Bookkeeping and Estate Planning
