Legacy Ag Credit invites poultry growers, prospective growers, landowners, agricultural professionals, and students to attend its Third Annual Poultry Conference on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at the Mineola Civic Center. The conference will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and attendance is free. Lunch will be provided.

Designed to educate, connect, and support the poultry industry, the conference will feature presentations from industry leaders and regulatory agencies, offering attendees practical information they can apply to their operations and future plans.

This year's program will include discussions on current poultry industry trends, grower opportunities, regulatory updates, and financing considerations for new and existing poultry operations. Representatives from Sanderson Farms will share insights from the integrator perspective, while additional speakers will address topics impacting poultry producers across East Texas.

"Whether you've been raising poultry for years or you're exploring the possibility of becoming a grower, this conference is designed to provide valuable information and connect attendees with industry experts," said Yancy Murray, Chief Lending Officer for Legacy Ag Credit. "Our goal is to create an environment where people can learn, ask questions, and leave with resources that help them make informed decisions."

The event also provides an opportunity for attendees to network with fellow growers, agricultural professionals, and organizations that serve the poultry industry.

The conference will take place at the Mineola Civic Center, located at 1150 N. Newsom Street, Mineola, Texas 75773.
